Hypnosis is effective with any thought, feeling, belief, or emotion that has become habitual—automatic. Working with the subconscious mind, we reprogram the mind for more optimal outcomes; the body then follows suit. From stopping bad habits (e.g., nail biting, hair pulling), to improving test performance in school, to improving sports performance (e.g., lowering your golf handicap or improving your batting average), hypnosis works.

Over the years, I have worked in coordinated care with medical, dental, and mental health providers to help: ease clients off of prescription- and non-prescription drugs; provide palliative care for those undergoing cancer treatment; improve clients’ memories; improve sleep habits; and assist with many other issues.

I have worked with clients from seven years old on up. As long as the client can understand English and follow simple directions, the hypnosis is effective.
